Cooperative
Education:
The Electrical
and Computer Engineering Department participates in the
Rayen College's Cooperative Education Program. Students
who have completed the sophomore year and meet requirements
approved by the program may enroll in a co-op option.
Co-op students are required to complete the same program
requirements for graduation as non co-op students.
Students who complete
the co-op requirements may receive up to two semester
credits as co-op credit to be applied toward ECEGR elective
courses. Any student who is interested in receiving co-op
credit must enroll in ENGR 3798 or 4898 and follow the
policies written in the course syllabus. The course requirements
include the submission of a work report to ensure the
student's co-op experience qualifies him or her for credit,
and then a grade will be assigned. The interested student
may contact the department for details.
